The deck review is based on investor research.
What investors score.
Every deck is scored on the ten sections investors read, graded against what investors in your market and at your funding stage look for.
- Problem Is the pain sharp, and is it yours to solve?
- Solution Can a stranger repeat it back in one sentence?
- Market size Bottom-up numbers, not a quoted trillion.
- Business model Who pays, how much, how often.
- Traction Proof that people already want it.
- Competition Honest alternatives, including doing nothing.
- Go-to-market How the next hundred customers find you.
- Team Why this team wins this market.
- Financials and ask What you raise, what it buys, how long it lasts.
- Story and design Does it read fast and look credible?
Built on investor research.
Caydi Capital scores your deck the way investors read it: by market, by funding stage and against a written rubric of 38 checks. Every score traces back to a written rule.
Research first. Tool second.
Before building this review, Caydi benchmarked more than a dozen existing pitch deck review tools and studied how investors in each economy, industry and stage decide. That research is now the scoring standard.
- Private by designYour deck file is never kept and nobody at Caydi Capital sees it. It goes to the AI for your review, then it is gone.
- Scored by marketIndia, the UK, the UAE and the US each have their own standards: rupees and crore, SEIS and EIS, ADGM and Hub71, Delaware C-corps and SAFEs.
- Scored by stagePre-Seed rewards the team and the insight. Seed rewards a wedge and a first repeatable channel. Series A rewards retention. Series B rewards efficient growth.
- Built for your industryConsumer brands prove repeat and contribution margin. Marketplaces prove take rate and retention on both sides. Apps prove retention and revenue per user. B2B services prove retainers and delivery quality.
- Actionable by defaultYour top fixes come in order of impact, with slide-by-slide changes and a fix for every section, so you know what to change on Monday.
- Grounded in real IMsThe standard is rebuilt from investor memorandums Caydi has built and taken to investors, with worked examples from approved Caydi IMs marking the top score band.
It reads what a deck really contains.
- Detects AI-written decksIt counts ten recurring signs investors notice: stock phrases, topic-label titles, three-card layouts, a round global TAM, a hockey stick with no assumptions.
- Reads every pageLogos, charts, 2x2 matrices and screenshots carry content. Each page is looked at before the review says anything is missing.
- Judges each deck on its own termsYour sector, your round and your investor market set the standard, so the feedback fits your company.
The review scores how well your deck is built and told. It does not verify your business and is not investment advice.
Your questions, answered.
How does the Caydi pitch deck review work?
Upload your deck as a PDF, choose your investor market and funding stage, and receive a score out of 100 with a verdict, your strengths, red flags and gaps, and your highest-impact fixes in about a minute. The review reads every page of the deck, including charts, logos and screenshots.
What does the review score?
It scores ten sections: Problem, Solution, Market size, Business model, Traction, Competition, Go-to-market, Team, Financials and ask, and Story and design. Nine gates are checked first: sector, stage, raise amount, AI-written text, problem, solution, bottom-up market sizing, competitors and team.
Does the review adapt to my country and funding stage?
Yes. Every deck is scored for investors in India, the UK, the UAE or the US, and for Pre-Seed, Seed, Series A or Series B. Each stage carries its own section weights: Pre-Seed rewards the team and the problem, and Series B rewards traction.
Is my pitch deck kept private?
Yes. Your deck file is never kept and nobody at Caydi Capital sees it. The PDF goes to the AI model for your review and is then gone. Your report is saved, encrypted, to your account for 9 months so you can return to it.
Can the review tell if a deck sounds AI-written?
Yes. It counts ten recurring signs investors notice, including stock phrases, topic-label slide titles, identical three-card layouts, a round global market size and a forecast with no assumptions. It reports the signs it finds so you can rewrite the slides in your own voice.

Pitch deck review
Acme Foods Pvt. Ltd.
Strong problem story, but traction and the ask are too thin to raise on.
Fix these first.
- Replace the top-down TAM with a bottom-up number.
- Add monthly revenue for the last six months.
- State the raise, the runway and what it buys.
- Add a competitor slide that includes doing nothing.
- Cut the deck to 12 slides.
Section by section.
Fix: add how often it happens.
Fix: customers x volume x price.
Fix: chart the last six months.
Slide by slide.
Change: rebuild it bottom-up.
Change: state amount, months, milestones.
Change: add a table, include doing nothing.
