Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Caydi Capital ("we", "us") collects through caydicapital.com and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, company, target round size and a one-line description of your business, as you enter them.
• Bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a submission comes from a real person and may process technical signals such as your IP address and browser details.
• Deck review tool: you sign in with Google (we receive your name and email address from Google, not your password). If you upload a pitch deck to /deck-review, the PDF is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your review. We never keep the PDF and nobody at Caydi Capital sees it. We do save the resulting report, encrypted, under your account for 9 months, together with the market and stage you chose, so you can return to it and download it. Our team can see the details of a review (company name, market, stage, score, your email, any contact number printed on the deck, and a one-line verdict), never the deck itself. If you buy the full report, payment is handled by Cashfree Payments, which receives your email address and the mobile number you enter at checkout, and we do not see or keep your card or UPI details. Anthropic processes the deck under its own terms and does not use API inputs to train its models by default.
• Sign-in cookie: a single technical cookie keeps you signed in to the review tool for up to 30 days. It is removed when you sign out.
• Hosting data: our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as IP address and user agent) to deliver and secure the site.
• Theme preference: your light/dark choice is stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.

How we use it

We use form submissions only to respond to your enquiry and to assess whether we can help with your fundraise. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated advertising.

Who processes it

Form submissions are saved in our own systems and read by our team; no third-party form service handles them. Sign-in to the review tool is provided by Google, decks uploaded to it are processed by Anthropic, and report payments by Cashfree Payments. Cloudflare provides hosting and bot protection. If you book a call, Calendly processes the details you enter on its own site under its own privacy policy. The news ticker links out to third-party publications we do not control.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and our business records. Saved review reports are deleted automatically after 9 months. To enforce the free-review limit we also keep a small counter linked to your Google account (or, for work email addresses, to your company's email domain). It holds no report content and is not removed when you delete your account. We also note the company name shown on a deck and a fingerprint of the file, so that one company cannot get unlimited free reviews through many email addresses; we may block accounts that do. You can delete your account and every saved report yourself at any time with the "Delete my data" link on the review page, or ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing krish@caydicapital.com.

Cookies

We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. The review tool sets one technical sign-in cookie, described above. Third-party services we embed (Cloudflare Turnstile, Google sign-in, Calendly) may set their own technical cookies.
